About Us
Our goal is to educate and guide our community to optimum dental health and wellness. We aim to provide comfortable, high-quality care to patients in order to address their individual needs and concerns. Meet Dr. Julian Alivia
General Dentist and Business Owner
Dr. Julian Alivia was born and raised in Northern California before making Henderson his home. He earned his Bachelor of Science in Biology from the University of California, Santa Cruz, and went on to receive his Doctor of Dental Surgery degree from the University of the Pacific, Arthur A. Dugoni School of Dentistry.
Dr. Alivia is passionate about helping patients achieve healthy, confident smiles. He provides a full range of general dental services and has advanced training in cosmetic dentistry, including veneers, as well as dental implants. As an Associate Fellow of the American Academy of Implant Dentistry, he is dedicated to staying at the forefront of the latest techniques and technology in patient care.
Outside the office, Dr. Alivia enjoys giving back to the community both locally and abroad. He coaches youth basketball with the local i9 Sports league and has volunteered his dental expertise internationally—most recently providing care to more than 200 patients in Kenya alongside other dental professionals.

Monique Wallace
Dental Assistant
Monique serves as a dental assistant here at Brilliant Smiles. She is from Oakland, California, and recently moved back to Las Vegas after living here previously. She attended Anthem College and has been a dental assistant for 10 years. In her free time she loves spending time with her two children and bowling.
Yohel
Dental Hygienist
Our dedicated dental hygienist was born and raised in Seattle before relocating to Las Vegas in 2016. He earned his Bachelor’s degree in Biology from Central Washington University and completed his dental hygiene training at Yakima Valley College. Passionate about oral health, Yohel is committed to providing exceptional patient care.
Jasmine
Dental Assistant
Jasmine is a dedicated dental assistant with over a decade of experience. Passionate about her work, she enjoys helping patients achieve their best smiles. Outside of the dental office, she loves to spend time with her family, whether it's tending to her garden, trying out new recipes in the kitchen, or enjoying fishing and camping adventures. Jasmine believes in the importance of balancing a fulfilling career with the joys of family and nature.
